Training

• Group training for employees of different Representatives (at least 10 persons), all-day sessions, at a venue provided by the training recipient; each trainee must have their own computer – free of charge.
• Individual and small group (up to 9 persons) training, all-day sessions, at a venue provided by the training recipient or at the headquarters of Indeco S.A., each trainee must have their own computer – PLN 1,000 net per day (fixed rate including trainer travel expenses ).
• Database customisation based on a written specification of requirements – PLN 100 net per working work (fixed rate).
• Training to IT specialists – free of charge at the headquarters of Indeco S.A.
• Telephone HelpDesk during working hours on 0703 502 503. (PLN 3.22/min).
• Firms participating in the development programme and testing new solutions receive full support entirely free of charge.
• E-Learning – under development.
• Training Centre – Indeco S.A. is establishing a network of Training Centres  throughout the country, which provide training in the Studio INDECO 2009 software .
  

How to become a Training Centre

To obtain the Training Centre status, it is necessary to employ an IT specialist who will undergo free-of-charge training by the Studio INDECO team, and will be provided with necessary programming tools for an extensive range of operations in the program including its modification and personalisation. After the training, the IT specialist will have the knowledge of:

• Installation or configuration of Studio INDECO 2009.
• Program personalisation (your firm’s logo on documents printed from Studio INDECO, setting discounts, etc.)
• Configuration of databases (back-up, local, central)
• Material base management (introducing new components, links)
• Full support from the Studio INDECO team

When speaking of an IT specialist, we do not mean a programmer but a software implementer who can be also deal with elements of marketing involved in the acquisition of new ARs. This way the present role of a regional distribution centre is expanded by the Studio INDECO implementation centre, which further consolidates the firm’s position and provides an opportunity for a closer relationship between firms and adopting a common policy in the region. The implementation centre has the right to offer paid training and provide technical support services to ARs in the region.

Implementation

The implementation of the Studio INDECO 2009 application takes at least 3 days depending on the number of computers. The implementation process comprises factors such as: 

·         Adaptation of the material database in line with the firm’s preferences (INDECO elements are not removable.)

·         Installation of the program on the customer’s computers and making adjustments to the database.

·         Personalisation of StudioIndeco 2009 (your firm’s logo on documents printed from Studio INDECO, setting discounts, etc.)
